☹️. It must be my lucky day 🦅💩😯😂. I should do the lottery today as apparently "It must be won" 🤞🤞

It started off well, with a nice little run then into work. What Sara failed to tell me as I settled in for my cuppa was the husband table is under a major bird flight path and I was in the firing line 😆. Lucky it was a robin not a seagull 🍀😁.

At least one of us found it highly amusing 😄 🤣🤣. Ah well on with the day. 😊👍. Autumn has arrived outside and inside the shop, why not pop in and take a look.

We’ve just had our first delivery from Cubic.

As it’s a new brand, we started with a small order so we could see the quality for ourselves and we’re really pleased with it.

Lovely quality, gorgeous detailing in the knits and some really wearable pieces.

A small collection to start with
but I have a feeling we might be ordering more! 🤍

✨ A little something new at The Grey Hare… ✨

I’m starting a little Vintage & Preloved Corner in the shop today 🤎

Before The Grey Hare, I used to sell vintage bits and pieces, and over the years I’ve ended up with quite a lovely little collection. As much as I adore them, it’s time for some of these treasures to move on to new homes.

I’ve started putting a table together in the shop, and so far you’ll find:

• Vintage tins & kitchenalia
• Vintage pillowcases — great for crafting and repurposing
• Pieces of Welsh quilts
• A beautiful French enamel candlestick holder
• Vintage material strips
• Preloved sewing book
• Handmade pincushions
• Vintage threads
…and plenty more bits still to come.

Some are useful, some are just pretty, some are a bit quirky — but they all have a story 🧵🪡

Pop in and have a rummage when you’re passing. You never know what you might find 🤎
