IT'S BEEN A WHILE - So after a very lovely, busy and sunny summer, in which I must admit I have not been very active here, I'm jumping back in.

New stock, new colours and some Christmas cords being added very soon once I figure out where to store them all.

I wonder if the Husband would notice if I filled his new shed/man cave with cord 🤫

HOLIDAY NOTICE - We'll be on Holiday from 23rd of July until the 31st of July.

Any cord orders received before 6pm on Friday the 22nd will be posted before we leave and any after will be posted on our return on the 1st of August.

Pre-made coasters and wristlets will have extended lead times from Friday to account for the Holiday week as will the cords.

NEW COLOUR - RAINBOW

This is just joy on a spool for me. Rainbow Braided Cord.

Available in 10m, 30m or a full 100m spool. Cord is 5mm and Perfect for crochet, macrame, a colourful weave fringe or chunky knitting. So many options.

I wanted to do a Jubilee sale but then realised we are away the week up to the Jubliee. 🤦‍♀️

NOT JUST FOR PLANTS - Floating Fruit Bowl anyone? Had this chunky 9mm braided Rainbow Dust cord for a while ready for some chunky plant hangers. Made a few yesterday and love them for fruit bowl hangers aswell as plants.

Out of interest what other colours would you choose for the wrap cord? I always default to Mustard, Eucalyptus, Terracotta and Wild Rose. What would you pick?

SPIRAL - This close up of a coaster spiral is how my brain feels today after a migraine started last night so I'm keeping the sofa company today rocking sunglasses. Luckily, before it kicked in yesterday I had a busy day of making, packing and posting nearly all of my orders as we are off on Hols on Friday 🙌

My Etsy shop will remain open but lead times will be extended slightly as we'll not be back until the 24th of April.

If you would like any cords I'll be posting up until tomorrow afternoon. Any made to order items will be posted after we return.

HAND DYED MACRAME CORD - So pleased with how these have come out. I'm going to add each colour to my stories later (once my boys are in bed) with prices, lengths and quantities.

Each one has been hand painted by myself using 3-4mm 100% recycled cotton cord. They are all uniquely different and would look fab as keyrings, rainbows, or small wall hangings.

Any left will be added to my Etsy shop on Monday. (They would then have a slight price increase to cover fees)

FAVOURITES - My go to favourite colours are Mustard and Sage greens. I'll try to make a neutral wall hanging but before I know it I've added some mustard or sage tassels. I just gravitate to them.

What are your favourite colour combos?

MERMAID VIBES - So pleased with how these hand dyed cotton cords came out. I love the pastel tones and it definitely gives me mermaid or under the sea vibes.

Hoping to list these on my Etsy page once I complete another batch next week along with some other colour combos. I can see pretty Rainbows, keyrings and colourful wall hangings galore.

Hope you are having a lovely Saturday btw. I have some wristlets to make and some spinning planned? Also just finished the second series of Bridgerton. Loved it. How has everyone found it?

PICK YOUR OWN PALETTE PACKS - The last intro for my new cords are the sample packs which include 6 x 100g (approx 30-35m) cord cakes in either a curated collection (Spring Fling or Be Natural) or a pick your own palette pack.

Great to try new colours, for small macrame projects, wrapping rainbows or weaving cord.

I would have to have some pinks, mustard and the sage, although the blues! Decisions!!!
