Today I want to pay tribute to a gentleman who although we never met in person became a great friend through the love of antiques.
I first heard of Robin O’Donell through a group called Talking Antiques here on Facebook and we soon became Facebook Friends. Robin had a company called Hibernian Antique Fairs and organised all the fairs in Eire.
During lockdown when all large gatherings were banned Robin decided to put the fairs online and Anagram Antiques was the only non Irish antique dealership invited to take part and for that I will always be grateful.
Over the years Robin also bought several items from us and it was a pleasure to know him.
