Thought I would go back to doing birds this week. This is an Australian Raven. The Raven is an impressive all-black bird with glossy blue-black feathers, found across much of Australia and surprisingly well adapted to life in towns and cities. Intelligent and resourceful, these ravens mate for life, defend their territory and will eat almost anything they can find — from fruit and seeds to small animals and even food from our bins!
