Jumbo tiger prawns were made for a barbecue. Straight on the coals shell on, they char up, stay juicy, and you eat them with your fingers dripping in garlic butter.

Grab tuna or swordfish steaks and a bag of samphire while you're in, and the whole spread's sorted.
