All our candles are lovingly hand poured in small batches in my kitchen.

PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL 🙏🏻

Saw this on a community group … it only takes a few minutes for this to happen. Table decorations are always gorgeous, but I would recommend a battery operated flickering tea light.

For anyone who buys these sort of candle holders/ Xmas decorations please DO NOT!!!
I bought this candle holder wreath decoration from Poundland, within 5 minutes of lighting it and turning my back for a moment with my 6 month old baby in the room the whole thing had caught fire and set alight to my coffee table! (Pic taken just after fire put out and coffee table burnt through the middle)

The candle holder was melted and the glass had cracked and smoke already spread round the room! I can’t stress enough how scared I was to think of I’d answered the door or was out the room for longer! They have removed this decoration now and I am taking it to head office but be careful with anything candle like as they can be so dangerous!

Eeek ! I’ve totally run out of Pear & Freesia … always a favourite whatever the time of year. So that’s what I’m up to today … as well as trialling a new Vanilla scent for the New Year 👌🏻

Hello everybody. It’s been a while since I’ve been on here … so apologies for that.

Just a little update for you all. So I’m now spending a lot of time down in Canford Cliffs and finding it hard to run a 2 businesses from 2 locations (I’m also a Senior Leader with Tropic Skincare).

I’ve decided to downscale (is that even a word 🤣) during the next year. I will still be making candles, and want to introduce workshops where you can make your own.

Making candles isn’t easy … you don’t just buy wax, melt and add fragrance, it’s a lot of testing, changing temperatures, different waxes for different fragrances etc. Lots of big companies are now importing from places like China and sticking a label on (even Waitrose) where they don’t have the same regulations (and don’t even need to list what is in the candles) which is making competition hard. I pride myself on making candles that give you the BEST experience, both cold and hot throw. And I can’t compete with these from overseas.

So with that in mind, I will be closing down my website, as that currently costs over £50 a month, and will be taking orders via this page and WhatsApp.

I will keep a stock of my current candles, and will be making limited edition fragrances throughout the year. I will also be changing over to clear vessels … which can be cleaned, label taken off and used for other purposes (think Disarrano with ice 🧊)

Well hello there … this is my last candle … and it’s nearly gone 😩
I have to confess, for a while there I lost my “mojo” … but last night, I realised that I’ve really missed making my gorgeous candles.
So, if you’ve missed them too, give me a 👋🏻, or a ❤️, or even a 🕯️ in the comments below. I’ve got an amazing new wax coming, and more importantly so NEW SCENTS !
