My Dear Friends,

I’m excited to share that a brand-new podcast is coming soon where I’ll be hosting people who have experienced miracles, moments that truly changed their lives forever. We’ll talk about faith, hope, healing, and the remarkable ways God continues to work in our lives today. This is something my parents always hoped I would one day do, and I feel deeply grateful that the time has finally come. Hearing your child is feeling lonely isn't easy. You might feel powerless or unsure on what to do. Here's some tips to try to help support them 👇

Reassure them that loneliness can be a temporary feeling.

Let them know they aren't alone. Anyone can feel lonely at times.

Encourage them to try something new, or join a club or group.

Tell them about Childline! Childline.org.uk has lots of advice and tools for under-19s on lots of different topics, from making friends to loneliness and anxiety.
