🌸 MEET DOODLE & CLOVER 🌸

Two little OriginalSOCKIES enjoying a beautiful day in the meadow!

Doodle and Clover are completely unique, handmade characters, lovingly made here in Dorset from wonderfully soft socks. No two SOCKIES are ever quite the same — and I think that's what makes them so special. 💕

I love imagining the little personalities each one has before they find their forever homes.

Another date for your diaries - the Shinefest at Kingston Maurward, Dorchester DT2 8PY. I've never been to that venue before, so am looking forward to it. It is all for a good cause too, so come along if you can and support them !
There will be:-
⭐bouncy castle and inflatable fun
⭐face painting and glitter tattoos
⭐mini-beast encounters with Ants on a Rock
⭐Yoga and chill out zones run by local groups fairground style ⭐games and craft stalls.

My next event, should you wish to come (!) is at the Courtyard Centre in Lytchett - called Summer Sessions.

These are held every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM during the summer holidays (running through July and August).

⭐Activities: Live music performances, children's activities, pop-up workshops (such as craft or shower steamer making), and extra craft stallholders.

⭐Food & Drink: On-site cocktails and food options available (including vendors like The Cow Shed Dorset).

⭐Shopping: Late-night shopping at the independent gift shops and craft stalls.Admission: Free entry, and dogs are welcome.

😊😊😊Come along if you can, and have a chat - this will be first time going there, so hopefully it will be an enjoyable one !

Just a few pictures from the Burley Village Show yesterday. It was a lovely day although quite windy at times and a few Sockies escaped from their display position!!

What are you all up to this Saturday ? How about a visit to the Burley Village Show from 12 noon until around 4pm ? I shall be there for the umpteenth year - such a great show with lots going on - and, right next door to the pub - what's not to like 😊

Show Features:

• Horticulture & Produce: Vegetable, flower, and floral arrangement classes.
• Crafts & Hobbies: Local arts, photography, and country craft entries.
• Entertainment: Fun dog show, arena events, live music from the Ringwood & Burley Band, and falconry displays.
• Displays: Vintage and classic vehicle exhibitions.

I've qu**ky taken some photos of a few newbies - I love how HONEY and NOVA turned out. FREYA is in a whimsical setting, and TRINNIE is in her happy place.
