Martyn’s Law is now in force. Are you compliant?

Public premises and events with a capacity of 200+ people must now take reasonable steps to protect lives, including enhanced emergency and bleed-control preparedness. Failure to comply can result in enforcement action and penalties.

National counter-terrorism guidance highlights the importance of enhanced first aid, including rapid response to life-threatening bleeding before emergency services arrive. That’s why Public Access Trauma (PaCT) Kits are strongly encouraged.
