Welcome to Frankie And The Buttons, an online boutique selling handmade funky button jewellery, accessories and more. As an adult not a lot has changed!

Hi I'm Frankie and you'll find The Buttons all over the lovely things that I create. Things that Frankie loves:

(Basically, a teapot shaped button earring set would make me the happiest girl ever!)

In my quest for the ultimate accessory for my quirky earring collection I have fallen in love with lots of other button-based accessories and from this Frankie And The Buttons was born. New lines are always being developed, please like my page to be the first to know about new product ideas, launches and special offers. As a child I used to tip the pots of buttons my mum had inherited from my grandmothers all over the floor and play with them. Now I’m turning my grandparents thrifty stash into The Vintage Collection for the Frankie And The Buttons shop, keep checking back for new additions as I work my way through the tins. Hi Folks 👋 How are you all? Hope you've been enjoying the summer even if it has been a bit of a washout here on the south coast of England. Since I was last on here we've been cramming in holidays, camping, sea swimming and seeing friends (amongst work, life admin and a lot of invading germs).

Oh hi there folks, long time no see 👋

I'm popping on here to let you know I will be putting my E T S Y s h o p on holiday mode sometime in the next few days and I'm not sure when it will be open again, so if you want any fun and colourful button earrings anytime soon now is the time to grab some. 🌈

We've got our first foreign holiday as a family of three coming up and I want to pack for it and enjoy every second of it without thinking about orders. I've fallen out of love with Frankie And The Buttons lately so I think an extended break to embrace all summer has to offer is on the cards and hopefully I'll be back in a few months, tanned and revitalised!

Hi folks, anyone have any idea what day it is? I'm sat here binging on Netflix and Christmas chocolates as a break from leftovers and Lego building!

I thought I'd take a look back at some of the styles that sold out in 2022. Are there any favourites here that I should bring back in 2023? Or are there any other styles you'd love me to conjure up? Let me know in the comments 😊

❄️🌨️ Snow day! ⛄

Ok, so here on the south coast we've only had a slushy dusting but I was still super excited to see everything coated in white briefly.

I can only imagine this will add to the delays that are already ravaging the postal service in the UK right now. Just in case you've been snowed under for the whole of November and December, there have already been numerous strike days and industrial action is set to continue the next couple of weeks too. Parcels are regularly taking 2-3 weeks to arrive at the moment. If you have ordered anything online please, please, please can I urge you to be patient and pleasant with both your postie and the people and businesses you have ordered from. All of them want you to receive your goodies before the big day BUT, none of them can guarantee it. Gifts are lovely but they are not the true meaning of Christmas. If your parcel doesn't arrive in time, write an I owe you on a printout of the product page, give your loved one a big hug, and let the joy of Christmas live on into dreary January by gifting when it does arrive 😊🎁

I'm not closing my Etsy shop because earrings are for life, not just for Christmas! You can continue to order, I'll continue to post every few days, and they will be delivered when fate decides, ready for you to wear happy jewellery year round.

Hello folks 👋 Thanks so much for all your orders recently. There were strikes at Royal Mail the end of last week so hopefully all the parcels will be collected from the Post Office/letterbox today and delivered as soon as possible. There are more strikes scheduled this week so please be patient with the posties and small businesses if things take a little longer than usual to arrive.

Howdy folks, hope you're having a good week. Lots of festive earrings have gone out this week, thank you! There's only one pair of the giant glittery trees left and I'm also down to the last baubles too. I've got plenty of jingle bells and fairy lights though to get you Christmas party ready. They're perfect for popping in stockings, advent calendars and DIY crackers 🌈🎅

Hi folks, I'm back with a public service announcement. You've probably already heard, but in case you haven't, Royal Mail workers have been striking again this weekend and have another 19 days of strikes planned through October, November and December. While I will continue to make and post your jewellery as quickly as I can, there are going to be delays over the next couple of months which are out of my control. I fully support strike action, despite the impact on my customers, so I'm here to encourage you to shop early and be patient if you are planning to shop with small online businesses this Christmas (which I sincerely hope you are!) Thank you 😘

Hi folks, how's everyone doing? It's all a bit crazy in the Frankie And The Buttons household right now, between kitten antics and myself and Mr Button both starting new jobs and trying to get used to new routines, plus making the most of my favourite summer months. We're off on a much needed camping trip this weekend, I'm really craving that time outside (and I crave toasted marshmallows 😜)

I have some important Button news. As it has for everyone, the cost of materials, postage etc have been steadily creeping up and I can no longer absorb these so I'm afraid I will be raising my prices slightly over the coming weeks. I will also be limiting my international shipping options from the end of June, thanks to the bureaucratic delights of Brexit. If you're in the EU and would like to order any jewellery, please do so by the end of Friday 24th June. Thank you so much for your support!
