☔️ We’re not a weatherproof warm dry shop so unfortunately that means we’ve been closed quite a bit recently. 🌧️

We’ll be open on dry days until the end of September when we’ll then be closing for the season. Thanks to everyone that has stopped by so far this year ☺️

Spring cleaning ready for opening later this week!

Look out for opening dates and times. We are on the Oa on the Isle of Islay on the way to the RSPB Oa reserve and the American Monument.

We’ve been delighted to welcome lots of lovely shoppers over the last few weeks but are now closing for a family break. We’ll be open again by July 17th. 😃

We are sadly closing for a few days as a large number of items were stolen yesterday. We rely on honest visitors to help us raise funds for our local school and charities sadly those that visited yesterday were not honest at all!!!

Wahoo we are open again for 2024 - our wee honesty box shop raising funds for Port Ellen Primary School, South Islay Development and the RSPB.

Find us on The Oa, on the way to the American Monument and the RSPB Oa Reserve on the Isle of Islay.

A dusting of snow here on Islay this morning making the Shop in the Box stand out like a big red beacon on the Oa.

We’ll be open again just before Easter when hopefully it will have warmed up and dried out a little.
