One of our hives is nestled right here at Dibbinsdale Nature Reserve, surrounded by beautiful woodland, wildflowers and plenty of natural forage for our bees to enjoy. 🌸🌳

It’s pretty special knowing that some of our honey comes from bees living in such a beautiful corner of the Wirral! 🍯

🌧️🐝 RAINY DAYS AREN’T ALL BAD… AT LEAST NOT FOR OUR BEES!🌸🍯

We might feel a little fed up when the skies are grey and the rain just keeps coming, but for our bees, a bit of rain can be a very good thing! 💛

This is one of our hives at the allotment, surrounded by plants that we’ve grown especially with our bees in mind. 🌿🌸

So next time you’re looking out at a rainy day feeling a little 🤨☔️… remember that somewhere nearby, the plants are soaking it all up and getting ready to feed our favourite little pollinators! 🐝💛
