Whilst the kitchen work has been ongoing so has the solution to our electrics... the off grid power packs are almost ready to help us manage the electrical flow! The batteries are now very slowly and carefully charging to enable us to use them.
The carriage is out from the carriage shed. She had come from a farm in North Wales and had been in the family for generations. She's "The Governess", a style of carriage that would have been used for ladies and children to ride in. We've had her since January and unfortunately wear and tear and age have meant that she's not really up to being moved around too much. We are, however, asking Alex to help with some renovation so that we can put the governess to good use.
Lovely Chef Liudmyla joined us two weeks ago and she's made some de-e-elicious treats ... some haven't quite made it out to the counter as the team have over tested them 😅😉😋
We've sourced a new display fridge for the shop so those pints of milk will be readily available now!!
It's all coming together!! ... we're back open on Thursday! We look forward to seeing you then!!
