Just a little warning to all crafters out there, tonight I was sent a Facebook message from a "customer" wanting to purchase a high number of highland cows as I had advertised on my page.
When we discussed payment he was happy to pay upfront for the items and have them shipped to his address in London.
He then proceeded to "send" me the money through my PayPal account. After this I received a spam email from Google as you can see from the picture, this said to ask the "customer" to send £200 more to me.
I have also attached a screenshot of our chat and his "proof" of payment, still which i haven't received.
This sort of behaviour is making small businesses especially crafters feel unable to sell our items online or even to showcase them online as we could spend time and money making our items only to be scammed out of them.
