Cracking Good Treat Alert!

We made these cheeky little Easter Egg Cheesecakes as a special treat this spring — buttery biscuit base, whipped cream cheese filling, all snuggled inside a chocolate egg… need we say more?

You can even add strawberries & meringue or go full-on chocolate heaven

Perfect for Easter lunch, spring parties, or a dessert that’ll wow the family (and yes, they’re as fun to eat as they are to make!).
