There’s a solar eclipse today. In Leo. The sign of being seen. 🪩

These happen once every 19 years, roughly. So yeah...it’s a big day.

Leo rules taking up the fu***ng room. Being visible without apologising. Being witnessed properly.

And here’s the thing about eclipses. Whatever you decide today about how visible you’re willing to be? It doesn’t play out over the next month. It plays out over the next YEAR.

But there’s a catch, my love. This eclipse isn’t asking you to be more visible. It’s asking you to stop performing visibility.

You’ve been performing seen for years, haven’t you. School run. LinkedIn. That perfect grid. Technically visible. Never actually witnessed.

Today’s the day. You either keep performing. Or you decide you’re finally the main character.

Seriously tho I see two types of women too often.

1 the erotic is dead or dying in the relationship because she is at the bottom of her to do list-this was me btw, and she gets more resentful by the day and her husband wonders where his wife has gone by the day until neither of them recognise each other.

2 the woman is single and she actually does want a partner but she is too scared she will slip into her old ways and start bending and contorting herself so she stays away. She doesn’t fear men (although understandable if you do) she fears her own s**t patterns of centralising men.

I have been both of these women 0/10 recommend. They stop fancying you, you stop fancying you, it’s a one way street to 😑

What I want you to do is think of it like this.

In your life you’ve had to be the dom the whole way. You effort and effort and effort and masculine blah blah all the way. That is your comfort zone.

A room full of women who showed up, brought their whole selves, and cheered each other on from the second they walked in.

The Invisibility Loop. A pattern most high-functioning women live in for years without knowing it has a name.
Here’s how it works. You spend so long being the person who witnesses and celebrates everyone else, that your own nervous system forgets it’s allowed to be witnessed back. You stop expecting to be seen. So you stop letting yourself be seen. Over time, you become invisible even to yourself.
You know you’re in the loop when...
You can list five things your best friend deserves to be celebrated for, but you can’t name one for yourself.
You buy the clothes you actually want to wear, then never put them on. Because being seen in what you love feels more exposing than being seen in what’s safe.
You deflect compliments before the person finishes speaking. Not because you’re humble, because your nervous system doesn’t have a category for receiving.
You can’t remember the last time you wanted someone to just LOOK at you. For longer than a glance. Properly. You’ve forgotten what being witnessed even feels like.
Here’s the part nobody tells you.
The Invisibility Loop cannot be broken with mindset work. It’s not a mindset issue. It’s a nervous system that has never been given the experience of being witnessed without performing.
You break the loop when you put yourself in a room where you are witnessed, celebrated, and cheerleaded without having to earn it. Once. That’s all the body needs. One experience of receiving, and the loop starts to unravel.
That’s what a Liberty shoot is. Not a photograph. A room where your nervous system finally gets to find out it’s allowed to be seen.
