Today, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is alive with Portsmouth100: Our Naval City — with live music, performances, fascinating lectures and talks, historic vehicles, market vendors, food and drink, family activities and plenty to explore.

And with the Pride of Portsmouth lions all back together, there’s even more to see as you make your way around the Dockyard. 🦁

If you’re in Portsmouth today, come and enjoy the atmosphere, have a wander around the Dockyard and pop into Nauticalia in Boathouse No. 7 while you’re here.

New Arrival!

These aircraft carrier model kits were designed and created by Royal Navy staff on board the HMS Prince of Wales, giving them a unique authenticity. Both the HMS Prince of Wales and HMS Queen Elizabeth are portrayed using detailed laser cut wooden pieces, with glue included so you can assemble your very own at home.

Will regret to inform you that due to severe weather conditions, we have temporarily had to close Portsmouth Historic Dockyard today 8 December.

Our Gosport locations - The Royal Navy Submarine Museum and Explosion Museum remain open.

Our special Christmas activity will return next weekend where customers can get the chance to meet Father Christmas on HMS Warrior and Henry VIII at the Mary Rose museum.
