Due to now being moved into Tier 4, our Portsmouth and Leigh Park stores must remain closed until we are moved back down to Tier 3 or lower. Tier 4 carries the same rules as the national lockdown did, so all non-essential businesses must close. We apologise for this huge inconvenience, but it is completely beyond our control.

We are closed for the duration of the lockdown, and will re-open as soon as we are allowed to, subject to the lockdown being extended.

If you are a customer of ours and you have any items you’re worried about that are on a pawn agreement, or you’re buying from us using our layby scheme, or have sold to us using the 28-day buyback option, please do not worry as these items will remain safely in the building for the duration.

Please keep an eye on the news regarding the lockdown, and contact us again once it is announced that the lockdown is lifted. We will not find out anything about it ending or being extended in advance of any of you. We will be giving customers ample time to contact us once the lockdown is lifted, before anything action is taken regarding pawns, buybacks, or laybys.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but this is beyond our control.
