This is an amazing lady who so deserves this award . Yes I am biased as I know her so well . I have watched her grow a business from very small to the vibrant and successful business it is today. With thousands of nominations from across the UK, this incredible achievement recognises Charlotte’s leadership, resilience, and lasting impact on the property industry.

Charlotte co-founded Partridge Homes over 22 years ago alongside her late father-in-law, Kevin Partridge. Since his passing in 2021, she has led the business with unwavering strength, compassion, and determination — continuing to grow Partridge Homes into one of Birmingham and Solihull’s leading letting agencies.

Charlotte is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for others, investing in training and apprenticeships to help young people begin their careers in property. Several staff members even submitted heartfelt testimonials to the judges — messages that Charlotte says “brought her to tears.” 💬❤️

Under her leadership, Partridge Homes has continued to flourish, becoming the approved letting partner for two of Solihull’s largest estate agents — a true reflection of her collaborative spirit and community values.

In September 2025, her eldest son Alfie joined the company as an apprentice — continuing the family legacy she and Kevin set out to build all those years ago.

At 19:40 this evening the Coleraine Team was tasked to a report of persons in difficulty in the water at the Herring Pond, Portstewart. A group of young persons had been jumping into the sea when two of their party got into difficulties. Their friends helped them to the safety of the shore and all were safe.

The sea conditions were very dangerous with a combination of strong winds, big swell and high tide. With the recent tragedy at Dunluce we would strongly warn of the dangers of tombstoning and swimming in dangerous conditions. Please, no more tragedies.
