This SATURDAY it's our first birthday! We've invited some of our mates to come and play in The Salty Dog downstairs, so you have a full day of bands and DJ sets on us from all these fine people!

Of course the shop will be open from 10am too and Paul has put loads of cool stuff in there for you!

Been an up and down couple of weeks ! But today is a massive up! Amber Swinnerton graduation! At the magnificent Winter Gardens. A triumph against adversity for her! Congratulations to the queen! See you all in 5 weeks ( f**k!!! better get going)

As you probably know. We do these vid things on the hoof. Sometimes they work sometimes they don,t ! Some of our band ones have been fantastic.This ones ok.Its quite tough when folk walk in and you have a few mins to prepare but thanks to them for supporting local business. Before mr Pedant jumps in, obviously its a silver disc 😁. But the rest is mostly true folks 😉

Day 18
Berlin wild at heart.
Sorry I,m running very late!
Five hours from Hamburg on a motorway(A1) that doubles up as race track. Wagons at 55 mph flirt with flying machines doing 100 plus . Its a dual carriageway with us doing 75. In out in out etc.
Wild at heart one of our faves. But I,m slowly falling out of love with the city. Its slipped down with crime, beggars , Drugs Parking meters etc etc. However Coretex records treat us so so well thanks to them. Pre sales for the gig are poor. But Berlin never lets us down and loads turn up. The bank holiday has lost us a few. The local support play for ever. It even pi**es off the sound engineer . They fill the small dressing room we are struggling to actually get in our room. Its not for me hardcore punk . We stay close in a residential place. This is news to us. The Chap is nice , place is cool. We had a great gig but I felt we were just another band rolling through Berlin. I,ve never felt like that before. A world apart from Hamburg . Long lump tomorrow.

Day 16
Sonic Ballroom Koln
Sounds fancy but isnt! Six hours from Calais.But for us its perfect. Decent number show up. Good to see so many familar faces. As always thanks to those who travelled from plague island. We are struggling with injuries Phil lionheart Priviledge has two broken ribs! Chris never made the trip ! Big jcm combo dead already! Gogs doing great! Hamburg next supporting early night get in!

day 15 travel day loooong
as its 3.39 am in calais its gonna be brief ( geddit)
6.30 am travel to valencia airport thanks Dan
for the lift.
Nearly got on wrong plane! Manchester airport. Back to plf courtesy of my mate Ian. Pack car drive to Leeds , meet Cyanide Pills . Then drive to Cambridge pick up Conor Hussey . Then drive to Dover. Miss ferry by 20 minutes . 3 hour wait ( ffs) . Roads closed in Calais . Get to hotel eventually.
Not the easiest . But we are raring to go! Come on!
