I'll be volunteering for A Purrfect Friend with a stall at this event, could you help out at the event itself?
🎄 Help make Longton Winter Wonderland happen! 🎄
We’re looking for volunteers to join us on Sunday 29 November. Whether you can spare a couple of hours or stay for the day, there’s a role for you:
⛺ Set-up team, 7–9am: Put up gazebos and prepare stalls.
✨ General volunteers, 9am–5pm: Help with stalls, marshalling and supervising venues.
🧝 Santa’s elves, 9am–5pm: Keep children entertained while they wait, and help manage grotto timings. We provide the outfits, so bring your energy and Christmas spirit!
🚐 Pack-down team, 5–7pm: Help clear the event and return equipment to our lock-up. Large cars and vans would be especially helpful.
All volunteers get early access to Santa’s Grotto tickets! 🎅
You’ll receive guidance and safety instructions on the morning at our Volunteer Community Hub on the first floor of St Andrew’s Hall, along with a high-vis jacket and lanyard.
To join us, email [email protected] or register and choose a role on Zelos: https://app.getzelos.com/i/wSAyAGXe
Under-16s must volunteer alongside a parent or guardian. Under-18s need parental or guardian consent.
Please email us if you have any questions. We’d love to have you on the team! ❤️
