Behind the scenes of one of the largest challenges to date as a florist… my own wedding 😅. Being a florist I knew the expectations of producing something amazing would be high and I only chose my flowers 2 weeks before the big day. But from being away from the shop where I have all the equipment to hand, to collecting my flowers from a different wholesaler (meeting in a local supermarket car park at 6am) and trying to keep them fresh in a heatwave with no cooler and only a small bike shed to store them all in, what could go wrong ?! Nothing at all. I had the best people around me to help out, with little to no experience before hand, family is everything! But my favourite part of all was making my bridal bouquet on the wedding morning. Everyone said I must be mad but if you love what you do, it’s not work at all 💕 pictures of the flowers to follow .. ❤️
