What a summer it's been! ☀️

From live music and family entertainment to great food, local shopping and community spirit, our Summer Saturdays programme brought people together in the heart of Preston.

❤️ This wonderful feedback reminds us exactly why we run these events. They're about creating reasons for people to visit, spend time at the market, discover our fantastic traders and experience the quality food, produce and independent businesses that make Preston Markets so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us throughout the summer, our talented performers who kept the atmosphere buzzing, and especially our amazing traders whose hard work, products and hospitality help make Preston Markets such a welcoming destination every day 😊

While Summer Saturdays may be over for another year, there's plenty more to look forward to. Keep an eye out for our spooky zombies this Halloween and a packed festive programme featuring The Grinch, Olaf and of course our annual Santa's Grotto with a free gift for every child who visits.

🎸🎤 Who's coming down to Preston Markets today for the Battle of the Bands Preston Youth Music Concert?

⌛ Just a few hours away from Preston's inaugural Youth Music Concert.

☔🌧️ Unfortunately the weather doesn't seem to be in playing it's part but have no fear!
We're hosting under the fantastic Victorian market canopy to keep you dry as you enjoy 8 of the best local, young musicians/bands.

🫶 A big thank you to our sponsors Preston City Council, 3507 Studio Recording and The Orchard craft b**r bar without whom none of this would be possible 👏

🫵 So come on down and show your support

🆔 The Orchard will be open all day to keep you fuelled but remember to bring your ID if you're lucky enough to look under 25.
