🚜 Reminder that HaloWax is CLOSED today while I’m away enjoying the Royal Highland Show! 🐄🌾

Don’t worry though, when I get back I’ll be straight into painting trays and trays of bath bombs ready for the Macmerry Gala on Saturday 🎨🛁

I got these little wildflower bee bombs free with a wax order, but seeing as my gardening skills stop at keeping wax alive… I don’t have a garden! 😂

They’re packed with wildflower seeds that help bees and other pollinators. 🌼🐝

We’re open today until 4pm!

Hope everyone had an amazing weekend and isn’t feeling too rough after Scotland’s brilliant result! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🍻😂

We’re still stocked up with plenty goodies left over from what was honestly our BEST gala ever at Prestonpans! Thank you so much to everyone who came along and supported us — the stall was absolutely buzzing all day. 🩷

Now it’s straight back to work as we’re getting ready for the Macmerry Gala this Saturday! 🎪✨

Just a wee reminder that HaloWax will be CLOSED on Thursday this week as I’m off to the Royal Highland Show for the day. 🐄🚜

That’s us all set up at the Prestonpans Gala! 💖

You definitely won’t miss us this year… the brand new bright pink gazebo is out for its first outing and we’ve even got the Scotland flag flying high! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 👀

It’s a wee bit windy, but nowhere near as bad as we feared, and when that sun comes out it’s absolutely roasting! ☀️🔥

Pop along and say hello, have a sniff of all the goodies, and see what new bath bombs, wax melts and treats we’ve brought with us today! 💕

Right… I think that’s finally us! 😅

I don’t think I’ve ever worked so hard getting stock ready for a gala. The shop has actually had a few really good days this week too, which has been amazing, but it’s definitely left me chasing my tail trying to keep up!

I’ve managed to squeeze in a few extra carpet freshener scents and made a fresh batch of Yara whipped soaps and scrubs. I wanted to get loads more stock made for tomorrow, but there just weren’t enough hours in the day. What I have managed to make is heading with us though! 💖

Now I still need to load the the shop into the van, sort the horses, and somehow get dinner cooked before I collapse into bed. 🤣

🩷 Pastel soap sponges 🩵

I’ve been having a wee play about and made some pastel coloured soap sponges for tomorrow’s Prestonpans Gala. ✨

I think they’re looking pretty cute! Same lovely soap sponges, just in some softer colours for a change. 💕

They’ll be on the stall tomorrow alongside all the usual HaloWax goodies. 😊

📦 All postal orders have finally been sent out today!

If you placed an order on Thursday or Friday, I’ve sent them First Class as I never managed to get them away with all the gala madness this weekend 😅

I’ve also been down the stairs today having a proper stock sort out and honestly… I nearly never came back up 👀😂

The website has been really quiet lately, which means the stock is starting to pile up. There is an absolutely HUGE amount of wax down there. I’m starting to think the wax bars are multiplying when I lock up at night… because I swear there’s more every time I go down 🤣

Anyway, everything is now caught up, the orders are on their way and the stock room is bursting at the seams 💖

Thank you all for your orders and patience while I’ve been juggling the shop and galas! 🩷
