The customer had noticed some water ingress across the front edge so this week, we returned to fully remove, dry, and re-coat the front edge with a liquid DPM membrane—and then added a final non-slip epoxy resin coat. 🔨💧 No extra charge—just a solid foundation you can trust. 🏠 Signature Flooring—Built to Last.

There was a lot of prepwork needed on this one, the underfloor heating needed two pours of re enforced smoothing compound to bring the floor up to level, then fitted with lvt and carpet throughout. A great finish and another happy customer 😊

Beautiful herringbone lvt we completed a few weeks back. The old existing floor needed to be ripped out, 5mm leveling compound laid and then the herringbone lvt. It completely transforms the downstairs of this home.
