Established in 1973, we are based at Pwllheli, the gateway to the Llŷn Peninsula in North Wales and run by anglers for anglers. We provide a wide range of equipment, fishing tackle and bait for the Coarse, Game and Sea angler from Abu Garcia, Daiwa, Masterline, Shimano and many other major suppliers. We also stock a wide range of binoculars and telescopes by Visionary, Optical Hardware and Olivon, for the naturalist, bird watcher and astronomer.

The Three Herrings S.A.C. held their match on Pwllheli beach yesterday.

Twelve anglers landed:

- 30 Black Bream;
- 3 Mackerel;
- 2 Bass;
- 2 Bull Huss;
- 2 Corkwing Wrasse;
- 1 Gilthead Bream.

Pwllheli beach was teeming with bass this morning from Cafe Largo to Llanbedrog, apparently. The lure doing the trick was a Drift Shoal Shad White/Red 15g.

In other news, Mackerel numbers are increasing from the shore especially along the North coast of the peninsula.

If anyone has found a couple of fishing rods and a net that were left behind at Porthor (Whistling Sands) late last Thursday, please get in touch.

The rods were a Tenryu Supermix and a Penn Conflict.

They are of great sentimental value to the owner.

The Three Herrings S.A.C. fished their match on Abererch beach yesterday. Nine anglers landed:

- 29 Corkwing Wrasse;
- 12 Bass;
- 11 Black Bream;
- 10 Wrasse (species unspecified);
- 3 Blenny;
- 2 Goby;
- 2 Red Mullet;
- 2 Tompot Blenny;
- 1 Ballan Wrasse;
- 1 Conger Eel.

- 33 Black Break, largest 33cm;
- 1 Flounder;
- 1 Goldsinny;
- 1 Silver Eel.

- 18 Smoothhound;
- 7 Digfish;

The Three Herrings S.A.C. fished a match on Pwllheli beach on Sunday 14th June. Ten anglers landed:

- 5 Dab;
- 2 Black Bream;
- 1 Bass.

So the Bream are in!
