This is me Helle, all set up for a celebration of life buffet yesterday. We also did tea's, coffee's & cold drinks, staying to serve and look after all the guests so the family could mingle with friends and family without any worries as we cover it all, like the hot & cold drinks, unwrapping the buffet, assisting anyone that needs it, condense the buffet down when it was needed. Along with keeping tables clean & tidy, washing up & sorting the rubbish out.
