✨💜 𝗜 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗬𝗢𝗨… 💜✨

My dear friend 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 — musician, producer, hypnotherapist, sound therapist and, quite simply, one of the most extraordinarily creative people I know — has launched a beautiful new YouTube channel called:

🌙✨ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 ✨🌙

Those of us who know Simon know just how much talent, imagination and heart he brings to everything he creates. He is a genuine creative genius, with a career in music spanning decades, worldwide album sales of more than 10 million, and an incredible ability to use music and sound to create atmosphere, emotion and connection.

Now he has brought all of that experience together with his work as a qualified hypnotherapist and sound therapist to create something I think many of you will absolutely love. 💜

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 is already becoming a wonderful library of hypnosis, meditation, relaxation and original sound therapy created to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.

🌿 Guided Hypnosis
🌙 Sleep Hypnosis
🧘 Meditation & Deep Relaxation
💜 Support for Overthinking & Anxiety
🎧 Binaural Beats & Sound Therapy
✨ 432 Hz, 528 Hz & frequency-based music
😴 8-Hour Sleep & Relaxation Tracks
🐾 And even beautiful calming music for dogs

And what makes it even more special is that the music and soundscapes are 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 — composed and created by Simon himself. 🎶✨

There is so much mass-produced content online now, so when someone with this level of genuine musical skill, experience and understanding creates something with real care behind it, I think it deserves to be discovered.

The whole philosophy behind the channel is rather lovely too…

💜 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀. 💜

So this is not a casual recommendation from me.

𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 💜

I know the depth of his talent, I know how much care he puts into what he creates, and I genuinely believe this channel is something very special.

So please go and explore it.

Make yourself comfortable, put your headphones on, choose something that speaks to you and give yourself permission to disappear from the noise for a while. 🌿🌙

And if you enjoy what Simon is creating, please do 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗘 to the channel. It costs nothing at all, but it makes a huge difference to a new independent channel and helps more people discover the work too. ❤️

✨ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 — 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗢𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡 ✨

https://www.youtube.com/?sub_confirmation=1

I have a feeling many of you are going to be very glad I introduced you. 💜🌿🎧

Love Dana X

Hi everyone, introducing myself, I’m Ranjit I’m a fully qualified Pranic Healing therapist and Instructor based in St Albans. Registered member of The Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland

🙌🏽 I learnt Pranic Healing to help my eldest son with his condition, he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and sclerosing cholangitis (liver disease) at the age of 8.
Things were very difficult and he became very seriously unwell. Missed a lot of school, in a lot pain, couldn’t eat certain foods, hospital admissions, medication etc.
My son started having regular Pranic healing sessions while I was learning and his symptoms started to ease. 🙏🏼
I started to apply the techniques i had learnt, he started to have less flare ups, less pain, soon he was back at school. Then symptom free, then medication free. Slowly things started to shift.
After some time he had his regular annual tests and scans done.
He showed no signs of liver damage and his other tests showed positive results. 🙏🏼✨

🌿 Then I started getting calls from word of mouth to help with other conditions, this is how I started as a Pranic therapist.
I now help people with all sorts of illnesses and conditions, from stress and anxiety, arthritis, gastrointestinal disorders, back pain, depression, fears, trauma and so many more.

🌻 I teach Level 1 Pranic Healing in Hertfordshire. My next course is 19th & 20th September.
Please see attached details.

🧘🏽‍♀️I also run meditation on Twin Hearts which I highly recommend to everyone.

If you would like further details please feel to get in touch on 07903 234066.

Thank you and please share my details to anyone who may be interested.

Ranjit 😊

🌿✨ Tarot Card of the Month – September ✨🌿

This month, we’re guided by the Page of Pentacles 🪙

A card of potential, opportunity, learning and abundance, the Page of Pentacles encourages us to recognise the gifts and talents we already possess — even the ones we might take for granted.

September is a wonderful time to ask yourself:

✨ What am I naturally good at?
✨ What brings me joy?
✨ What would I love to develop further?
✨ What could I create if I stopped compromising who I truly am?

You don’t need to have everything figured out. The Page reminds us that sometimes all it takes is curiosity, an open mind and the courage to take that first step. 🌱

What could you create if you followed your authentic path? 💫
