We’re looking for an experienced Solar PV Electrician or a confident electrician looking to upskill into the renewables sector to join our team at RPS.

We offer: great pay, steady work, supportive team, and quality-focused projects.

You need: 18th Edition, Solar PV experience (ideally), a full UK driving licence and your own tools.

Our office is based in Canterbury so you ideally need to live within a hours drive of here.

Are you an enthusiastic, qualified electrician with a passion for renewable energy? We’re expanding our solar division and want someone who’s ready to grow with us.

You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team that’s proud to deliver high-quality solar PV and battery installations across Kent and the South East. We’re after someone reliable, hands-on, and keen to be part of a company that values workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

🔧 What we’re looking for:
• Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition / NVQ Level 3)
• Solar PV experience atleast (1 Year)
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Must live within a 40 minute drive of Hersden, Canterbury.
