So, not the best start to the year, massive Royal Mail delays not just locally, but nationwide, couple that with the inclement weather and it all add up to delays in postage. I can only apologise for the length of time things are taking , Royal Mails own website states up to 25 days now before items are classed lost, stolen or damaged in the system before they'll even entertain investigating a claim !!

Well it's been touch and go for the last few weeks, but after a few frantic phone calls, and a visit to HM Passport offices in Victoria, I have finally secured my passport today, not before time as booked on a ferry tomorrow for a long awaited foray to Mirror Lake France.
This will mean that anything ordered between now (18:30 30/06) and 10th July, will now not be processed until 11th Julay (Monday).
