Tonight’s Soul Circle was just so powerful 💜✨

The energy was honestly the strongest I’ve ever experienced, and I’m still sitting with the beauty of it all.

Working with Labradorite and the grounding, protective energy of Smoky Quartz, alongside Amy’s gorgeous guided meditation, it felt as though the evening brought exactly what was needed to each soul who joined us 🤍

A space for releasing what we’re ready to let go of and receiving what we need, allowing the noise to settle so our inner wisdom can be heard ✨

Surrounded by the warm glow of our autumn circle, we gave ourselves time to pause, connect and simply be 🍂🕯️

Thank you to everyone who shared tonight with us, for your trust, your openness and the energy you brought. Amy and I feel so grateful to hold this space together 💫

Another gorgeous combined Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing session took place in the cabin this morning 💜✨

This lovely soul was feeling worn down by the stresses and strains of working life. We talked about setting boundaries, recognising when we’re giving too much, and allowing ourselves time to rest before overwhelm takes hold.

Boundaries can help ease the pressure of everyday demands, giving us more room to breathe and unwind. Saying “I need some time for myself” or “I need time before I make that decision” is something we’re allowed to do 💫

My interpretation of the crystals centred around grounding, gentle emotional release and protecting your energy — a reminder to reconnect with your own needs and give yourself permission to pause.

There was such a beautiful sense of angelic support all around, holding a gentle, loving space throughout the session and reminding us that we don’t have to carry everything alone 🤍🪽

The cards Commander Ashtar — Call to Action, and Serapis Bey — Ascension brought further themes of moving forward with intention and honouring your own growth.

A gentle reminder: you can care deeply and still protect your own peace 🤍

A beautiful combined Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing session this morning 🤍✨

This lovely lady came to me after some difficult recent life changes, navigating a new chapter with life looking very different.

Her crystal layout included petrified wood, chiastolite and black tourmaline, chosen with the intention of grounding and stability; scolecite, amber calcite and rose quartz for peace, warmth and compassion; and sodalite with aquamarine, kyanite and white jade for expression, clarity and inner connection. Sunstone and moonstone were paired with an obsidian arrow, with the intention of releasing what no longer serves her. 💎

The cards pulled were Odin — Psychic Insight and Sanat Kumara — Light Activation. Their messages offered a gentle invitation to trust her intuition, listen to her inner guidance and remember her own light as she finds her way forward. ✨

A little space just for her—to pause, breathe and simply be. Thank you for trusting me to hold that space 🤍
