Brilliant refit flowing through the entire downstairs of this home - a 100m2 job using IOBAC Ezy-Install Underlay fitted with magnetic LVT from our Italian design collection Mabos in Lisbon.

It took the fitters just 2 days, which included moving furniture, uplifting the old click laminate, taking out door bars, minor prep, installing Ezy-Install underlay, setting out and installing the LVT .... plus they even found time to fix some previous plumbing work 🙄

Here's a great project using IOBAC resin and magnetic Amtico luxury vinyl tiles completed this week at Wholefoods' Stoke Newington store as part of a roll-out across the estate.

Going over a painted floor, and working over a series of nights, this product combination allowed fast installation and minimal disruption at this essential store 👍
