Introducing a little chocolate magic.
Today is launch day for our Magical Frogs and Unicorns!
Using an incredible Madagascan 45% white chocolate made with undeodorised cocoa butter, we've paired this with dark roasted tahini, roasted pumpkin seed butter and dark roasted peanuts. Reduced sugar and full of flavour they're made for gifting, sharing or keeping all to yourself.
Our best seller is our 80% milk chocolate frogs which are so mellow with notes of raisins, fruit and cream, a smooth texture and a long satisfying finish.

Introducing Chocolate Shards - a new addition to the Aurosó range, our Chocolate Shards are made with house 90% dark RaiseTrade Chocolate Madagascar Couverture, topped with rare Sambirano cocoa nibs, slowly caramelised in meadowfoam honey with notes of marshmallow and vanilla. Finished with a touch of Halen Mon sea salt.

A lovely surprise to find our Candied Orange Florins featured in Annalisa Barbieri's latest Chocolate Diaries for the .

Thank you for the kind words and for shining a light on small chocolate makers doing things a little differently.

Our Florins pair honey candied orange and roasted cocoa nibs with our house 90% Madagascan chocolate, creating a bright citrus flavour balanced by deep cocoa notes and a touch of sea salt.
