The first time always scares you. 🥹 Yesterday, I left my team to run our event (yes my first time) 🥹

Why? Because my son graduated. And nothing was going to make me miss that. 🎓

I won’t lie… I was nervous. But you know what happened?
They absolutely crushed it. ❤️

This is why we build teams we can trust, so we can also be present for the moments that matter most.
