Before rushing into the next month, take a moment to look back.

What went well?
What could have gone better?
How did you actually feel?

Because sometimes, looking back is how you realise just how much happened.

A little end-of-month reset before turning the page. ✍🏼

A little August check-in. 🤍

Nothing profound. Just the little things currently making life feel good.

A little reminder that happiness doesn’t always have to be a big thing. ☀️

This month I’ve been trying to be more intentional about making time for the things that make me feel like me.

Making soap just because I fancied learning something new.
Getting outside for a hike.
Paddle boarding.
Spending an afternoon in the garden.
Making things.
Reading.
Journaling.
Finding little moments of joy in the middle of ordinary days.

August has been about radiating and shining for me, but I’m realising that doesn’t necessarily mean feeling happy all the time or having everything figured out.

Sometimes it simply means being present enough to notice the good stuff when it’s there.

Choosing the thing that makes you smile.
Making time for something just because you enjoy it.
Letting yourself have fun without needing a reason.

And perhaps that’s what I want to take into the rest of the year:

less waiting for life to feel perfect, and more actually being here for it. ✨

If you’d like to journal along with me, Journal Club is where we do just that. Guided prompts, monthly themes and a little space to slow down and check in with yourself.

Come and join me on the journey. 🤍

What has made you happy this month? I’d love to know.

You really don’t need all of this to start planning or journaling 😂📓

A notebook and a pen will do.

But if, like me, you happen to love stationery, then adding a few things that make you want to sit down and open the page can make it even more enjoyable.

Sticky notes.
Page flags.
Stickers.
Coloured pens.
Little reminders.

None of it is necessary.

It’s just the fun bit. ✨

And that’s something I really want to get across with this new How to Journal series: journaling doesn’t need to be complicated, expensive or aesthetically perfect.

Start with what you have.

Then make it yours.

What stationery makes you want to sit down and journal? 👀

Every month the clarity box gives you a little bit of everything to keep you inspired for the month ❤️

This Solar Eclipse feels a little different…

As a little extra to this weeks journal prompts I wanted to move away from the usual eclipse themes of “What are you releasing?” and “What are you manifesting?”
This eclipse has me thinking more about identity, authenticity and the parts of ourselves we may have outgrown without even realising it.

With the eclipse in Leo, there’s something powerful about looking at how we express ourselves, where we seek validation, and what happens when we stop trying to be who we think we should be.

So rather than asking you to create another list of things you want to call into your life, these prompts invite you to pause and ask:
Who am I becoming?
What no longer feels like me?
And what would it look like to choose myself more honestly?

Because maybe harnessing this energy isn’t about becoming someone new…

Maybe it’s about letting more of who you already are come through. 🌑🦁✨

The solar eclipse journal prompts are waiting for you ➡️scroll right and save for tomorrow’s solar eclipse.

I’m spending a quiet hour with my journal this morning.

Today, 8 August, marks the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal, a date often associated with reflection, intention, abundance and new possibilities.

Whether you see it as a spiritual moment or simply as a lovely reason to pause and check in with yourself, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to journal about where you are, where you’re going and what you’re ready to leave behind.

There are no right or wrong answers here. Just a little space to listen to yourself.

Today I’m reflecting on:

➕ What is aligning for me right now?

➕ What abundance am I ready to receive?

➕ What limiting beliefs am I ready to release?

➕ How can I step more fully into my power?

➕ What is my highest vision for this next chapter?

And because this month’s Clarity Box is all about Radiance, I’m holding onto this affirmation:

“I release what no longer serves me, welcome all that is meant for me, and trust myself to step confidently into my next chapter.”

You don’t need to have the whole path figured out. Sometimes the next step becomes clearer when we simply give ourselves enough quiet to hear it. 🤍

➕ Save this for your 8/8 journaling session and swipe through for the prompts.

August Plans…

One thing I want to do differently this month is make space for fun.

Not the kind you have to plan months in advance.
The little kind.

Moments by the sea
A slow Sunday.
Sunset dog walks.
A coffee that isn’t rushed.
Time to create simply because it feels good.

Our journals often become a place to organise life, but they’re also somewhere to capture the moments that make life feel full.

This little photo dump is how August has begun for me, and a reminder that joy belongs on the to-do list too.

✨ Which little moment has brought you joy this week?

My journal cover page, there’s a tutorial for this on our creative tier on Patreon.

Journaling at sunset, technically this was July as it was Friday last week but still, it was setting the scene for August.

Hiking on Sunday, it’s been so long since I’ve been out and thanks to Mountain Leader | Travel | Hiking Adventures | Coach I was guided on such a lovely route in Wales.

This August we really are focused on enjoying the small moments on journal club, want to know more? Drop me a message. Each week I talk about my journal thoughts on the podcast. All info is on the link in my bio

There’s something incredibly satisfying about making something with your own hands. 🫧

This month, I decided to learn how to make soap for the Radiance Clarity Box, and I think I may have discovered a new obsession.

I wanted every item inside the box to encourage a little moment of pause, whether that’s journaling, planning or simply taking five minutes for yourself.

If you’ve ever fancied having a go at soap making, it’s much easier than I expected!

✨ Comment SOAP below and I’ll send you the list of everything I used to get started.

P.S. The August Clarity Box is almost gone… there are just a few more boxes remaining. 🤍

August is looking a little brighter… ☀️

Introducing RADIANCE, the August Clarity Box.

A celebration of summer, self-care and those little pockets of joy that make everyday life feel good.

This month is your reminder to do more of what makes you happy. To take care of yourself. To soak up the sunshine. To make plans just because they sound fun. To use the nice things, take the photo, read the book, go for the ice cream and stop saving joy for a special occasion.

Because somewhere between the routines, responsibilities and never-ending lists, we can forget something rather important…

don’t forget to have fun.

August’s box is colourful, uplifting and packed with stationery, planning, wellness and a little bit of summer self-care.

RADIANCE is coming. ☀️

Who’s ready for a sunshine state of mind?

Launches Thursday 30th July!
