Each unit has an individual alarm, and a steel door fitted with a slide bolt, which you can fit your padlock to. We only charge customers for the time they occupy their room and we don’t try to sell you a room any larger than you require. We have a huge range of room sizes available and unlike others we don’t charge a premium for ground floor rooms. We have a large size goods lift which is ideal for taking your items up to the first floor and we also have a straight staircase for those unusually large items that are too long for the lift. We also have trolleys for customer use ideal for moving heavy awkward items. We offer good customer access times and someone is always available if you have a problem outside of office hours. We believe in creating trust between ourselves and our customers so we don’t offer cheap rate gimmicks, we just give good genuine prices. We offer discounts for long term customer rentals and we can also provide a man and van service free of charge for two hours on the day you move into your new unit.
