It’s fantastic to see 3 children’s books in our top 10 this week. Finn Jones was Here is recommended for children about to start secondary school so an excellent purchase at this time of year. Our crime book of the month, The Murder at World’s End, tops our adult choices for this week, a very witty locked room murder mystery set in Cornwall, perfect for a holiday read.

Lottie Brooks wins the half term week, but close on her heels, the gorgeous Provence based The Artist, perfect for summer holiday reading and our fiction book of the month for June. A different tone but nevertheless another compelling holiday read, The Killer Question is our third most popular read this week.

A great mix of books being read this week! Bob Mortimer’s The Long Shoe sees ex-bathroom salesman Matt investigating sinister events with the aid of his cat, a yoga guru and a Yorkshire gangster. Perfect holiday reading! In second place, our emotionally satisfying fiction book of the month Heart the Lover by Lily King.
