📱➡️📲 Tablet not charging either?

iPads and Android tablets get exactly the same charging port problems as phones: fluff, loose connections and worn ports, especially when kids are using them every day.

We check, clean and repair tablet charging ports too. Bring it in for a look before you give up on it.

🔌 Is your charger safe? Quick checks:

✅ Buy reputable, from a known brand with UKCA or CE marking.
✅ Check the cable, and bin it if the wires are frayed or exposed.
✅ If it's too hot to touch, unplug it, because something's wrong.
✅ Don't charge under pillows. Use a hard, open surface.

Cheap no-name chargers can damage your phone and are a fire risk. We stock reliable chargers and cables in store. 🛒

🧶 Before you panic, it might just be pocket fluff!

Lint packs into charging ports over time, so the cable can't click in properly and charging becomes hit-and-miss. Please don't dig it out with a pin, key or toothpick, because you can bend the delicate contacts and turn a clean into a repair.

Bring it in and we'll clean it out safely for you. ✨

🔌 Won't charge? It might be the charging port.

Tell-tale signs:
• The cable feels loose or wobbly
• It only charges at a certain angle
• A computer won't detect it

The good news is it often just needs a proper clean rather than a new part. We check it, clean it safely and only replace the port if it really needs it.
