It’s a team thing!

I genuinely couldn’t do any of this without our amazing team. Behind every beautiful set up is a huge amount of logistics, loading, lifting, turnarounds, collections, early mornings and long days.

And this photo isn’t even half of our brilliant team of freelancers who help us make it all happen.

Having just returned from another beautiful wedding at The Grange Hampshire we couldn’t resist revisiting this one from the Arcade archives.

It’s a venue that gives us so much to work with - the sweeping staircase made for layers of natural, abundant flowers and that incredible fireplace creating a focal point all of its own. And the light! It’s amazing how it changes the feel of the space throughout the day.

For this wedding soft whites, blush and masses of foliage sat beautifully against the raw historic backdrop with flowers flowing through the staircase, across the fireplace and into the tables beyond.

A very special setting and one we love returning to.

Keep an eye out for glimpses of what we created here for the wedding last weekend…

A little Emma amongst all the flowers…

Most of what you see on here is the finished bit...beautiful tables, weddings, events and installations. But behind pretty much all of it you’ll find Emma.

Usually surrounded by buckets of flowers, up a ladder, rearranging something that everyone else thought was already finished, or standing back looking at it from every possible angle because “it just needs a little something there…”

After more than 20 years of Arcade, it’s still the creative bit she loves most. Give her a venue, an idea, a colour, a slightly tricky space (she actually quite likes those) and she’ll immediately start thinking about what we could do with it.

She’s happiest when she’s creating, loves a bit of a challenge and will nearly always find room for just one more flower.

That’s Emma. 🤍

Don’t underestimate candlelight

Lots of it. Mix tall taper candles, hurricanes and smaller votives through the flowers.

As daylight fades, the whole room changes.

Think beyond the flowers…

The vessels and candleholders are part of the design too. Different heights, finishes and shapes help build the overall look and make even a simple palette feel luxurious.

Create one beautiful focal point.

With fewer guests you can concentrate your flowers in the places that really matter.

A flower-filled long table becomes the heart of the whole celebration.

The details matter…

Flowers. Candlelight. Glassware. Vases. Table linen.
Individually they’re small decisions. Together they create atmosphere.

Layer your flowers

Different heights, delicate stems and blousy focal flowers create interest without making the table feel heavy or overcrowded.

Let the room work with you.

You don’t need to fill every corner ➡️

Work with the architecture, the table shape and the natural focal points of the room, then put the impact where guests will actually experience it.

Keep things natural and full of movement.

Goodwood Revival | Day 1 🤍

Day one and there’s nothing quite like watching an event this incredible take shape around you as we are working alongside the build!

It can be challenging, with everyone working around each other, sharing equipment and space, and figuring things out as we go but that’s also what makes it so great. Everyone just gets stuck in and works together!

Seeing the journey from the very first visuals and ideas to the finished event is something we absolutely love!

A huge thank you to and especially for choosing us to be part of with Munich and

And of course, thank you to all of our amazing suppliers for helping make it happen, and to our incredible team for all their hard work behind the scenes.
