After an incredibly difficult decision, The Garden Store at Denby Pottery Village will be closing its doors for the final time on Monday next week.

To say thank you to all of my amazing customers, friends, and the wonderful staff at Denby who have supported me throughout this journey, all plants are now 50% OFF until they’re gone. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

I’d like to say a huge thank you to every single person who has visited, bought from me, shared a kind word, or simply stopped for a chat over the years. Your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.

This isn’t how I imagined this chapter ending, and it’s a very sad time for me, but sometimes life takes you in a different direction.

I’m pleased to say I’ve started a new chapter as a trainee butcher with Latimer at The Greedy Pig Butchers, and we’re hoping to be moving to Mercia Marina, Willington, towards the end of September. I hope to see many familiar faces there in the future.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your friendship, your loyalty, and your support. I’ll never forget it.

Please pop in before Monday if you’d like to grab some bargains and help give the remaining plants a new home.

We’ve had a fresh delivery of bonsai trees arrive in store today, with plenty of different varieties to choose from.

This stunning Banyan Fig is now available for £150 and makes a real feature piece.

If you’ve been thinking about getting into bonsai, or you’re looking to add to your collection, pop in and have a look. Every tree is different, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

💔 The End of an Era at Denby Makers Market 💔

This Sunday marks the final ever Denby Makers Market at Denby Pottery Village, and emotions are running high.

For years, our markets have brought together hundreds of incredible independent makers, artists, food producers and small businesses, while welcoming thousands of visitors who have supported local talent and helped create something truly special.

What started as a market became a community. Friendships were formed, businesses grew, and countless memories were made.
While Denby Pottery Village remains open, this Sunday will be the last market held at the venue.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to the fantastic team at Denby Pottery Village for their support over the years, and to every trader, customer and visitor who has been part of our journey.
