We garentee a more percise service than most manufacturers and is 100% done by us inhouse on your turbocharger.

TURBO SERVICE

EXAMINATION - First we have a long and in depth look at the condiition of your turbochager. This is necessary to make sure that the optimisation is a viable option and to determaine what exactly your turbo will need. The turbo is tested with special machinery and carefullly taken apart to examine every inch for wear and tear leaving no stone unturned. We will then contact you to discuss what your turbo needs and put together an action plan, keeping you part of the process.

OVERHAULING - Our inhouse overhauling takes everything that is worn out and replaces it making it as good as new, everything is done to manufactures standards and specifications. After we carefully reasemble your turbo the core is fine balenced and the actator is ajusted this optimiazation gives you more boost and longevity and who doesnt want thats? No matter if you want maximum power or reliability our vast experience will help you get exactly what you want from your turbo.

FINE BALENCING - Usually manafactures have a wide tolerance when it comes to balencing turbos whereas the turbozentum standard is fine tuned, precise and entererly customisable. With the noise reduced and the turbo runnig smoother longer turbo life is almost gaunteed, this is the standard you shouldnt live without.

CLEANING AND MATCHING YOUR INJECTORS - We also offer testing and cleaning of your injectors. Clean, well matched and working injectors help the engine idle much smoother as well as perform much healthier.

CERAMIC COATING - The Ceramic coating service we offer reflects heat and is a good alternative to exhaust wrap, especially when space is tight. it is not omly practical but looks great and protects against corrosion. We offer black satin-matt coating.
