We had the absolute pleasure of styling Amy & Mel’s beautiful wedding at the incredible Norton Priory. 🤍🌸

If you’ve never visited Norton Priory, it’s one of the most unique wedding venues in the North West. The historic stone arches, stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings create the most magical setting for a wedding.

For Amy & Mel’s special day, we created a colourful, wildflower-inspired design that perfectly complemented the character of this incredible venue.

Our styling included:
🌸 Bespoke floral ceremony arch with flowing draping
🎀 Champagne satin chair sashes
🌿 Floral dressing around the ceremony pillars
🕯️ LED candle styling throughout the historic wine cellar
🌼 Bespoke welcome sign with colourful florals
🪞 Floral mirror seating plan
📋 Matching table name cards and seating plan cards
💐 Floral table centrepieces
🔥 Fireplace floral display with LED candles
🎪 Cosy teepee corner for the little guests

Every flower, every detail and every finishing touch came together to create a day that was vibrant, elegant and full of personality.

We had the absolute pleasure of decorating Lorrie & Ross’s special day at The Village Hotel, Bury. 🤍🌸

Their elegant colour palette of black, blush pink and ivory created a timeless and romantic setting that looked stunning from start to finish.

For their special day we provided:

💙💛 Giving back to our local community 💛💙

We had the pleasure of decorating the Year 6 Leavers’ Disco at Holy Family RC Primary School with our light-up numbers and balloon display. 🎈✨

This was a voluntary contribution from us, as a small way of giving back to a school community that has meant so much to our family over the years.

It was wonderful to see the children celebrating such a special milestone before they begin their next adventure at high school. We hope they all had an amazing evening and made memories to last a lifetime. 🎓❤️

Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of creating this stunning boho-inspired setup to celebrate Tina’s birthday! 🤍🖤💗

Featuring our illuminated 4ft LED numbers, beautifully paired with a bespoke pampas hoop in neutral tones with touches of black, silver and blush pink, this setup created the perfect backdrop for photos. 📸

✨ Celebrating 35 wonderful years of care ✨

Last weekend, we had the honour of providing our light-up numbers and balloon arch for the 35th Anniversary celebrations at Bury Hospice. 💜🎈

The décor was created for their special Afternoon Tea event, marking an incredible milestone and recognising the amazing work they do within the community.

It was a privilege for Decorated by Dodie to be part of such a meaningful occasion, and we hope everyone had a fantastic time celebrating 35 years of care, compassion, and support.

On Friday, we had the pleasure of decorating a beautiful house for Emma’s 18th birthday celebration. 🎀

The theme was all things pink and bows, and we absolutely loved bringing every little detail together to create the perfect setup for such a special milestone. Our light-up numbers took centre stage and looked stunning as part of the décor!

A huge thank you to Emma’s mum, who organised everything and put so much thought into creating a beautiful surprise for her daughter. It was lovely to be part of it and help bring the vision to life. 💖

✨ Giving back to the community never looked so good ✨

Over the weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of showcasing our beautiful light-up letters at Bury Hospice’s Strictly Best Foot Forward fundraiser 💜

The dancers were incredible, the atmosphere was electric, and most importantly, the cause behind it all is truly meaningful. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do… not just creating stunning setups, but being part of something bigger.

This was a voluntary contribution from us, a small way to give back to the community and help a wonderful cause shine a little bit brighter ✨
