Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
* Achieve individual and store sales targets
* Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently advise customers
* Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times
* Support with stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management
* Handle transactions accurately using the POS system
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
