Thank you to The Friday Lunch Club for having us to play for you today. It was wonderful to come and share our music with you.
One lovely lady at the end came and told us it was the best afternoon she had had in a long time. That meant the world to us and we were so pleased we could make such a difference to someone.
Well done to the group on their hard work and preparation for the event. Already looking forward to the next one.

On Saturday, our Wye Valley Harps Ensemble performed at the Archenfield Arts Festival Day at Garway Church.
Tucked away up a little country lane was the beautiful St Michael's church in Garway, filled with wonderful performances by singers, choirs, small groups and much more.
What a wonderful way to spend a sunny Saturday morning.
It was a fantastic experience to go and perform some of the pieces we have been working hard learning over the past couple of months.
Well done to everyone.

Learn To Play the Harp with Us
Our next 6 week course is starting on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at 11am.
Come and have a go and learn a new skill.
We are now in our second year of running our learn to play harp courses and we have had the pleasure to introduce dozens of people to playing the harp.

On St David's Day we had a wonderful afternoon welcoming 12 students and friends to our Pop up harp Ensemble. After a fun afternoon rehearsing we performed to a lovely, supportive and friendly audience.
All money from the concert went to our chosen charity for 2026, and we were delighted to raise money for this very worthwhile cause.

come and join us for our charity harp concert on St David's Day (this Sunday)
This short, informal concert of around 45 minutes will be raising money for our chosen charity of 2026 Alzheimer's Society
What better way to celebrate St David's Day than listening to welsh music played on the National instrument of Wales.
We are thrilled to welcome 14 students and friends of Wye Valley Harps to come and play together and perform in this concert raising money for a worthwhile cause. Do come and support if you are able.
Children are free. £5 for adults. Cash only on the day.

Today it's the first of our 2026 monthly adult harp ensemble meet ups.
Looking forward to welcoming everyone back, we have loads of wonderful music lined up and exciting performance opportunities for the group.
Do come and join us if you are an adult who is playing or learning the harp nearby. All are welcome.

The harps are all tuned and ready for our learn to play harp course starting today.
We are looking forward to meeting and welcoming the participants. It's so special to be able to give people the opportunity to try the harp and explore learning this wonderful instrument (we might be biased!)

Learn to Play the Harp in 2026
Just a reminder incase you missed this in the busy run up to Christmas, we are running courses in the new year where you can learn to play the harp and we still have some spaces available.
The price is for the whole course and includes the harp for the duration of the course.
No prior experience needed.
Do come and join us and see if the harp is for you.
