I turned 46 last week, and my shop turned 9 months. The older I get, the less I worry about getting things wrong, most problems can be overcome. The best experience is ‘on the job’ experience, and I’m getting better at asking for help and hiring additional help when it all gets a little overwhelming and the life/work balance gets a little off! I like asking for advice, but I don’t have to accept it. It is my shop journey after all!
My social media needs a lot of work… it’s scary putting yourself out there and becoming synonymous with your brand. It’s very exposing, but I’m getting better at sitting with the discomfort of it all.
I love being a business owner, shop owner and brand owner. It’s often a challenge, but I’m surrounding myself with amazing people who are all brilliant

Introducing our small collection of ROKA London bags to our content of Ross-on-Wye. We have had a few requests for this brand over the last few weeks, so we have listened, and here they are.
