🌿 We’re Hiring – Experienced Café Cook 🌿
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced cook to join us at Blossom & Bean, based on our flower farm.
This is not a junior role — you must have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen and be confident handling a busy service.
We don’t need a head chef, but we do need someone who can step in, take responsibility for their section, and keep things running smoothly without constant direction.
Our café focuses on fresh, seasonal food, homemade bakes, and a relaxed, rustic atmosphere — with many ingredients grown on site.
We’re a small, friendly team, so we’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Confident working independently during service
✨ Able to use their initiative and stay on top of prep and orders
✨ Calm under pressure and well organised
✨ Clean, efficient, and professional in an open kitchen
✨ Happy to support the team and muck in where needed
Alongside day-to-day café service, we also host workshops, private events, and occasional evening events, so some flexibility is important.
This is a lovely environment to work in — ideal for someone who enjoys simple, seasonal food done well 🌿
