The 10:10 Portal is a powerful energetic gateway, inviting us to let go of what no longer serves us and step confidently towards the life we're truly meant to live.

Cacao Ceremony – Ancestors Edition 🌹🕊️❤️ NOW LIVE!!

Join me for an intimate evening of remembrance, healing and connection as we honour the generations who came before us.

Our ancestors have shaped our stories, our strengths and the paths we walk today. During this deeply moving ceremony, you'll be gently guided on a journey to reconnect with your roots, meet your ancestors in meditation, offer gratitude, receive their wisdom and simply sit in the love that continues beyond this lifetime.

This is often one of the most emotional ceremonies I hold. There may be tears, laughter, moments of deep peace and powerful messages. Every experience is unique, but each one is held with compassion, warmth and complete respect.

If there is someone special you would like to connect with a parent, grandparent, sibling, friend or anyone who has passed please bring a photograph of them with you. They will become part of our sacred altar for the evening.

Throughout our time together you will experience:

🤍 A ceremonial cup of heart-opening cacao.
🌹 Grounding and healing meditations.
🪾 Crystal healing to support your journey.
🕊️ Guided visualisations to connect with your ancestors.
✨ Time for reflection, gratitude and remembrance.

Does anyone know someone who can break up a concrete garage floor 4800mm x 3400mm x 100mm thick, no barrier or hardcore under, it's been laid directly onto the soil. They just have to break it, nothing else. Brinsworth area. Thanks! ✨

Well after a stressful morning we decided we needed a little grounding time 🌿 taking three kids to Padley Gorge last minute wasn't my best idea but they loved it 💚 and I feel lots better for some much needed time in the trees with the kids ❤️

- Carried Betty in a carrier on me, too hot, too small and now have scratches on my face 😂
- Leo refused to wear shoes after ten minutes so ended up looking like stig of the dump
- Hudson decided to walk back to the car in his pants
- We went to the wrong entrance and had to climb through the walls

They love the waterfalls so if anyone can reccomend anywhere like this please do x

It feels like it's time to stop waiting 🩷

I've been putting parts of my little crystal business on hold while waiting to move house, but as many of you know, that move has taken far longer than expected.

BUT the truth is I can't do it any longer 😂

Holding back from something I love is making me genuinely miserable. I miss seeing your faces, I miss holding events, and I miss creating beautiful spaces where we can all slow down and reconnect. So instead of waiting for the "perfect time", I'm choosing to start again now.

From September I'll be bringing back:

🌿 A monthly Cacao Ceremony at Sarah's The Wildflower Sanctuary. Different themes each month.

🎶 My monthly Sound Bath at The Middle Coffee House I've been there all year but having a break for the holibobs in August.

🔮 I'll also be sourcing beautiful crystals again, focusing on smaller pieces, and creating crystal jewellery once more.

If you'd like to join me for the Ancestor Ceremony in September, drop me a message and I'll send you the booking link first for the deposit. I'll update the booking page with the other events as soon as all the dates are confirmed.

Treatments aren't available to book just yet as I'm still waiting to move house, but as soon as my treatment room is ready, you'll all be the first to know.
