I can’t quite believe I’m writing this but alas all good things must come to an end…. After 6 wonderful years I have made the difficult decision to close the shop. There’s been lots of times in the last few weeks that I have felt torn, felt that I’m either short changing the shop or short changing my children, and both deserve 100% commitment. Difficulties last week made me realise my own personal circumstances have changed drastically in the last 6 years and I’m sadly no longer in a position to put the shop first…. Which is what it needs and deserves. Simon does an incredible job but he also has other commitments so it’s not fair or feasible to expect him to do everything. I need to put my 2 small children first as they need me the most. Having a second baby at 40 is truly a blessing and I want to savour this time with them as it goes way too fast and I won’t get it back. It’s been an amazing 6 years and I’ve made so many wonderful friends, I’m so very grateful to so many of you lovely people for supporting me and my small business, I’d like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I’d also more than anything like to thank my second in command Simon, who has been my absolute rock on this journey ❤️ there are no words to express how much his hard work and support have meant to me, I without doubt could not have done this without him.
I am willing to discuss selling the business should anyone be interested in taking over, please contact me directly to discuss this further (genuine interest only please) if no buyer found though we will be closing on the 2nd December.
