Many of you on my personal Facebook already know what has happened, but I know a lot of my business customers don't.

On 2nd July, our home was devastated by a fire. We lost everything we owned, including our beloved dog. It's something no family ever imagines having to go through.

If you've noticed that I'm taking longer than usual to reply to messages, I sincerely apologise. We're currently living in a caravan with very limited internet while trying to clear out and rebuild our home. At the same time, I'm doing everything I can to keep the business running during the six-week holidays whilst also looking after my three-year-old daughter.

My WhatsApp is completely overwhelmed, so if you've sent me a message and I'm yet to reply, please know I'm not ignoring you. I'm working through every message as quickly as I possibly can.

The good news is that we are still open for business. If you've already booked online, please don't worry – your booking is safe. If you're looking to book, I'd be so grateful if you could use the online booking system where possible, as it really helps me keep everything organised during this incredibly difficult time.
