Missing my beautiful boy so much. My furry soulmate. Wise, quirky, funny and a great teacher in many ways. I have no idea what my life would've looked like had I decided not be be a failed fosterer but it became so much richer and full of unconditional love from the day I brought him home. He was just 2 months away from his 17th birthday.....which is today. Much blubbing has occurred, along with so many happy, beautiful and funny memories. Rescuing a dog is the most rewarding experience ever and I have much gratitude to Kent Greyhound Rescue for the amazing work they do to save these beautiful creatures and give them wonderful forever homes. Feeling the love, gratitude and heartbreak in equal measures ❤

Sad goodbye to my beautiful Sonny boy 🥹🐶🐾🌈💔💖 The day was a hugely emotional yet strangely beautiful day of love, tenderness, care and support. Sonny was just 2 months away from 17 and I'm so blessed to have shared 11 of those years with him 🥰💖 Such a beautiful, loving soul 🐶🐾🌈 💔 We have both now started a new chapter, heading into the unknown ✨🫶🥹

Thank you all for the patience, understanding and kindness you have shown us both in the challenging time before, during and after. Slowly returning after a period of quiet processing 🥹🐶💔💖 🐾 🌈 ✨
